BODHI Tulum is a residential project shaped by a clear intention: to create a refined way of living in the jungle without erasing the conditions that make the place valuable.
The film follows the philosophy behind the development, where architecture, nature, comfort and environmental care are treated as part of the same decision. Before designing, the team studied the land, the permeability of the soil, the existing trees, the movement of water and the delicate conditions of the local aquifer.
With only 41 residences across one hectare, BODHI reduces density and preserves a large portion of the natural green areas. Its towers are elevated on piles, allowing the soil to remain permeable while improving ventilation, humidity control, interior temperature and views into the surrounding vegetation.
Rather than presenting the project as a conventional real estate film, the piece looks at the atmosphere of the place: chukum, limestone, marble, natural woods, water, shadow and light. A sensory portrait of a development built around the idea that sustainability, comfort and sophistication can belong to the same experience.
