Visiting Yucatán jungle

During our visit to Mestiza de Indias, we witnessed how this project has turned the Mayan soil into a living laboratory of regeneration. Far from monocultures and chemicals, they rescue ancestral seeds, recover forgotten local species, and rebuild community — Maya women cultivating, neighbors participating, young people returning.
